If you are dissatisfied with an RxWell product for any reason whatsoever we are happy to refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 60 days of your receiving the product, even if you have used some of it.

Shipping

Shipping costs are variable depending upon which service you select but can be as low as $4. We ship within 2 business days from receiving your order. Transit times depend up on which service you select but can be as early as overnight.

Returns and Refunds

To receive a refund, please email us at support@rxwell.com and include the following information:

  • Your name, phone number and the email address you used during the purchase process if purchased at RxWell.com.
  • The order number if purchased at RxWell.com or a receipt if purchased elsewhere, including product name(s), quantity, date of purchase and purchase price.
  • The reason you are returning the product.

We will typically reply to your request within 2 working days. We appreciate your patience as the entire return process can take up to 2 weeks due to communication, quality control and shipping.
